Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is undergoing a series of construction improvement projects that affect all modes of transportation. As we move forward with these project improvements, various adjustments to the operations will need to be made. 

In June 2025, the Atlanta Airport will implement changes for limousine operators. They will be permitted to pick up clients from the west end curbside, a significant shift in operations. However, upon commencement of this policy, limousines will be prohibited from accessing the lower level of both terminals. This information was relayed by Jan Lennon, Interim General Manager, who is set to provide a detailed report at the forthcoming GALA membership meeting. As of October 19th, pickups from the North Terminal Lower level will be discontinued, starting at 16:30 hours, with this area designated for use by motels, hotels, and taxis due to the commencement of construction on the Westside curb. Limousine pick-ups from the South Terminal Lower-level will continue as usual.
